Cookies
Minimal cookies. Just theme & ads.
HazraX uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We store only your theme preference locally so the site remembers light or dark mode between visits.
What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is a browser feature that stores data on your device. Both allow websites to remember information about your visit.
Cookies
Traditional method. Sent with every request. Can have expiration dates.
Local Storage
Modern approach. Stays on device. Persists until manually cleared.
What we set
- Local storage key:
hazrax-themestores your light/dark mode preference. - Browser cache: Static assets (CSS, JS, fonts, images) cached for performance.
- Service worker cache: May cache pages for offline functionality (if implemented).
- Session storage: Temporary data during your session (cleared when tab closes).
What we do not set
- No first-party advertising or marketing cookies.
- No analytics beacons or fingerprinting scripts.
- No cross-site tracking or data resale.
- No authentication cookies (we don't have user accounts).
- No persistent identifiers or user tracking.

Third-party services
HazraX Toolbox itself does not use third-party cookies. However:
- External links: If you follow external links from HazraX (e.g., PayPal for donations, social media profiles), those services may set their own cookies with their own policies.
- Embedded content: We do not embed third-party content that would set cookies (no YouTube videos, social media widgets, etc.).
- CDN services: Static assets may be served through content delivery networks, which have their own caching policies.
Do Not Track (DNT)
We respect the Do Not Track browser setting. However, since we don't track users anyway, enabling DNT won't change our behavior - we already honor privacy by default.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or browser technologies. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
