HazraX Toolbox ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our browser-based utility tools. Our fundamental principle is simple: your data stays on your device.

What we process

Tool inputs (files, text, clipboard) are handled in-memory inside your browser tab.
No uploads to HazraX servers. Close the tab to clear in-memory data.
No analytics beacons, remarketing pixels, or third-party trackers.
Browser processes all data locally using JavaScript - no server-side processing.

What we store

Local storage: theme preference under the key hazrax-theme to keep light/dark mode consistent.
Your browser may cache static assets (fonts, images) for speed; that cache stays on your device.
No cookies for ads or analytics are set by HazraX.
No session identifiers, tokens, or user profiles are created.

Data collection and processing

Information you provide

When you use our tools, you may input files, text, images, URLs, or other data. This information is processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript and Web APIs. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

Automatically collected information

Browser cache: Static assets like CSS, JavaScript, fonts, and images may be cached by your browser for performance.
Local storage: We store only your theme preference (light/dark mode) using browser local storage.
No tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, fingerprinting, or any tracking technologies.
No server logs: We do not log IP addresses, user agents, or browsing patterns.

File handling and security

Client-side processing: All file operations occur in your browser. We never upload, store, or forward your files.
Memory handling: Files are loaded into browser memory temporarily. Closing the tab or refreshing the page clears this data.
Private browsing: Use private/incognito mode if you want the browser to drop cached assets after the session.
Sensitive data: For highly sensitive work, we recommend using private browsing mode and clearing local storage after use.
No file retention: We do not persist, inspect, analyze, or forward any files you process.
Download security: Generated files download directly to your device without passing through our servers.

Third-party services

HazraX Toolbox is designed to operate without third-party services. However, please note:

External links: We may link to external services (e.g., PayPal for donations, social media profiles). Those services have their own privacy policies.
Hosting provider: Our website is hosted by a third-party provider who may log basic server information (IP addresses, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.
Advertising Partners: We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
No analytics services: We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tracking services.

Communication

We do not add you to mailing lists or share your email with third parties.

Tool data: Deleted immediately when you close the tab or refresh the page. No retention period applies as we never store this data.
Theme preference: Stored indefinitely in local storage until you clear it or we update our storage key.
Email correspondence: Retained as long as necessary to address your inquiry, then deleted upon request or after 2 years of inactivity.
Browser cache: Controlled by your browser settings. You can clear it anytime.

Your choices and rights

Clear local storage: Remove the theme key using browser settings or developer tools.
Private browsing: Use incognito/private mode to prevent any local storage.
Access requests: Request access to any personal data we hold (typically only email correspondence).
Deletion requests: Request deletion of email correspondence by contacting subir.hazra.031@gmail.com.
Correction requests: Request correction of inaccurate information.
Data portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured format.
No selling: We do not sell or share personal data for advertising or profiling.

International data transfers

Since all tool processing happens in your browser, your data does not cross borders. However:
